FREE Day Crop: August 20, 12-6, NO CHARGE for this crop. You must sign up to make sure we have spaces left. Bring your scrapbooking supplies and crop from 12 - 6.
All Day Crop: August 21, 10-10, $45. This crop will include lunch, dinner, snacks and a goodie bag. Come join us for some fun cropping all day.
Amuse Fall Card Class: August 23, 10-12 or 6:30-8:30 $20 You will make 4 cards in this class. Please bring a basic tool kit. Teacher: Beth
Watercolor Card Class: August 24, 10-12 or 6:30-8:30, $20. Do you love the look of watercolors? Would you like to be able to do them yourself? You will learn the basics in this great watercolor class. You will create a couple of cards, too. Bring a basic tool kit. Teacher: Patty
Grunge Club: August 26, 6:30-8:30, $TBD, Come and join us for our monthly Grunge Club. There is no charge for this class, but you will need to buy the supplies to do the project. Please bring a basic tool kit. Teacher: Dolores
Demo Day: August 28, 11-3, No Charge. We have a representative for Stampendous, Debra Dunn that will be demoing a new technique called PAINTING WITH POWDER. Come join us to see this new technique.
Recipe Class: August 30, 11-1 or 6:30-8:30, $20, you will make 4 recipe cards & sample a couple the recipes. Bring a basic tool kit. Teacher: Dolores
Copic Marker Club: August 31, 10-12 or 6:30-8:30, $60. Please join Beth, our Certified Copic Instructor, at the second quarterly meeting of our Copic Club. All supplies will be provided, just come prepared for some coloring fun!

Prepayment is mandatory $60.00. Meeting includes instruction on how to use your Copic markers. A new technique will be included in each meeting. In order to keep the cost down, we will learn coloring techniques but not completed projects. You will go home with stamped and colored card fronts or journal blocks.

Layout Day & Free Crop Day: September 1, 15, & 29, 10-4. You can come anytime during this time & copy a layout or you can purchase a kit and do it now or later. Price based on the products used in the layout. Bring a basic tool kit. We have all the tools you need for these layouts. Do you want a day where you can come in and crop some of your photos? This day is set up for cropping and doing the Layout kits
Introduction to Scrapbooking: September 2 & 9, 6:30-8:30, $30 for both classes. Are you new to scrapbooking or would like to learn more about scrapbooking? You will complete a one page layout each night, plus you will learn the basics of scrapbooking, including what you need, where to begin, organizing your photos, and even the terms. Teacher: Dolores
Friday Morning Ladies Group: September 3, 11-1, $TBD. In this class you will learn new techniques & have lots of fun. Please bring a basic tool kit. There is no charge for this class, but you will need to buy the kit for the project. Teacher: Dolores
Die Cut Machine Demo & QuicKutz & Sizzix Sale: September 4, Are you interested in learning about the die cut machines? Come in and see the die cut machines demonstrated for you from 10-3. $1 Card Day: September 8 & 22, 10-3. You can make as many cards as you want for $1 a card.
No Frills Crop: September 10, 6-12, $5 - Come crop for the evening.
Copy Cat Layout Day: September 11, 10-5 - The layout days we have been doing are so popular; we are doing a full day of layouts. Come and copy as many layouts as you want during the day. We will have many to choose from and you can copy those you like. Price based on the products used in the layouts you choose to copy. You will need to bring a basic tool kit including your adhesive.
NEW DIE CUT CLUB : September 13, 10-12 or 6:30-8:30, or September 15, 6:30-8:30, or September 16, 10-12. Do you have a Quickutz – Epic or Revolution, Sizzix – Big Shot, or a Cuttlebug die cut machine? Then this is the class for you. Each month we will do a project using some of the different dies available. There is no charge for this class, but you will need to buy the kit to do the project. Please bring a basic tool kit. NOTE: IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU BRING YOUR DIE CUTTING MACHINE WITH YOU TO THE CLASS.
Ancestry Class - Finding Your Family Roots: September 14, 6:30-8:00, $15. Have you wanted to trace your ancestry but did not know how to go about it, or have you started and seem to be stuck? This class is for you! This will be a class where you will learn how to trace your ancestry. There will be a lecture portion, and a time for questions and answers. Please bring paper and pencil for note taking. Teacher: Sue Purnes – she has been doing this for many years and has much experience in genealogy. Handouts will be available.

Flower Punch Card Class: September 20, 10-12:30 or 6-8:30, $20. Many of you have requested that this class be taught again. Make sure you come in the store to see these samples, they are gorgeous. In this class you will make 3 gorgeous cards from punches. Please bring a basic tool kit, bone folder and strong glue like Tombow liquid glue or Art Glitter glue. Teacher: Patty
NEW Silhouette Club: September 21, 1-3 or 6:30-8:30, $TBD. This month we will be doing two projects. First, we will be connecting letters with objects. Second, we will be learning glass etching. There will be a charge for the items used in the projects. Please bring your Silhouette machine and lap top computer. This club is for all Silhouette owners or ones that are interested in the Silhouette. We share ideas, learn techniques, & aspects of the machine. Teacher: Ann
Christmas in September Card Class: September 23, 10-12 or 6:30-8:30, $20. Start making your Christmas cards early this year. In this class you will make 3 cards that you can give away for Christmas. Please bring a basic tool kit. Teacher: Darlene
Trivia Crop: September 24, 6-12, $10. Come join us for an evening of cropping and fun. We will have food, games and prizes.
Tim Holtz Demo Day: September 25, 11-3, No Charge. Do you love Tim Holtz products and are not familiar with how to use them? Come in today and see some of his products demonstrated.

October - Highlights
Card Contest: in honor or World Card Making Day, we are having a card contest. Supplies must be available for purchase or have been purchased at Once Upon A Scrapbook. Your card can have any theme you choose. Deadline for card entries are September 25. Voting is from September 27-October 2 at 4pm. Each person entering the card contest can enter as many as three cards. Winner will be announced on October 2 after 4pm on World Card Making Day. Cards will be posted in the store for customers to vote on from September 27-October 2. Please come in and vote for your favorites. A vote can be placed with each purchase. First prize is valued at $50, a second and third prize will be awarded.
World Card Making Day: October 2, Saturday, We will have three classes during the day. You will not want to miss this fun filled card day. You must bring a basic tool kit. More details to come. Make plans to attend now!
