Return policy:
We offer no returns on the following:

Paper
-
Pens
-
Rolled stickers
-
Books or
magazines
-
Punches
-
Returns are only accepted on merchandise
that is in original packaging – unopened or unused.

Returns will not be allowed on clearance
items or garage sale purchases.

All returns must be accompanied with an
original receipt.

Defective merchandise is the one
exception to the rule.
Returns will be allowed as long as defect is not caused by misuse and the item
will only be exchanged for the exact item. If we are currently out of stock
for that item we will happy reorder it for you.

All returns will be for store credit
only – no cash returns.
Classes/Crop Policy:
We have been forced to strictly enforce our class/crop rules, which are as
follows:

We
reserve the right to cancel classes or crops with fewer than 6 attendees. If
we cancel a class or crop for any reason, all fees associated with the
class/crop will be refunded, credited or applied to a future class or crop,
whichever you prefer.

All classes and crops must be prepaid.
Unpaid slots will be given to any customer prepared to pay up front. You can
reserve your spot over the phone, but will need to stop by & prepay for the
class before you are officially signed up. You can also reserve your spot
with a credit card, which will be charged that day.

We require your name and phone number for
any class or crop signup.

If a class or crop is full, we will
continue to take sign ups for a waiting list. We will repeat a class if there
are enough people to warrant a second class. We will call you in the event of
a cancellation if you are on the waiting list.

If you cancel a class or crop you must
give us a 48 hour notice as a lot of time and expenses are associated with
putting on classes & crops. If you call us prior to 48 hours ahead of the
class, we will give you store credit for the cost of the class or crop.

If you cancel a class or crop less
than 48 hours prior to the class, you will be given a kit from that class that
will be available to picked up after the class.

A NO SHOW is not refunded for any
reason.

We do offer private crops, classes or
events. We require at least 6 attendees. Crop or event coordinator must give
us credit card information to hold the space. Any cancellation must be given
at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Hold Policy:
Special Orders:

We are happy to place special orders for
you whenever possible. Because these items are not normally carried by the
store, they are not returnable unless defective. Coupons or special discounts
cannot be used on any special orders. We require at least a 50% deposit on
special orders at the time of order.
